In 2021, I developed "Whatsapp: Message Privately", the first-ever UK campaign highlighting the company's privacy credentials in everyday situations.
The key objective was to counter the brand perception that WhatsApp was 'just a functional tool' by highlighting its emotional value. The multi-chapter campaign was rolled out across the year with paid media, highlighting product features to differentiate us from competitors.
